What factors influence the choice of construction time and how to save money through timekeeping of construction work?
Now the country's wooden houses are becoming more and more actual. The growing number of "home" professions, giant corporations translate their employees into distant jobs. And hence the main problem disappears when choosing a home - the convenience of the location (near the work). Therefore, the best option for a modern person is a country house. A tree is a material that will provide a strong connection with nature, which is so lacking in stone jungle. But before making a final decision on construction, it is worth thoroughly analyzing all costs, based on the main stages of work. And the right time will allow you to save a lot of money and time.
CHOICE OF CHILDREN AND ITS PREPARATION
This stage is the most important. It is precisely from the site, the quality of its processing and the rightly selected foundation that the safety and durability of the whole house affects. At this stage, the main responsibility lies with geodesists and geologists, who form a picture on certain indicators, and profile specialists build on this data plan of work and prepare the ground under the foundation.
Next - documentation. Do not start shooting on documents in the winter (especially before holidays) and in the summer (at the height of holidays), because it will take a lot of time. Remember that the building permit is valid for only 2 years. If the territory has not started to build, the permit will have to be issued initially.
The bulk of the work
Foundation
The foundation is the heart of our home. Its laying is largely influenced by weather conditions: the foundation of a foundation must necessarily begin at positive temperatures. Otherwise, the frozen ground will not allow it to be lowered to the required depth. It is also not recommended to construct the foundation at an elevated level of groundwater. The best option is April-May (depending on the region). Having started the work in the spring, the construction of the house can be finished to the cold.
The walls
Here an important role is played by the material. Raw (wild) logs are harvested in the winter. It is stored under special sunshades to protect the deck from rain and sunshine. Therefore, work with this material is recommended to begin in the spring. In addition, such material requires a gradual settling in order to avoid cracks and damages in the overall design in the future. If using laminated timber, then there is no fundamental difference, since the term of deposition is minimized.
A house made of bare timber is reduced in two stages: the walls are first reduced (they do not fill with heaters) and wait for a complete settling. Then the design is disassembled, and then re-collected, laying materials for sealing. Therefore, the erection of such houses ends in early autumn, so that the design has managed to settle. Then in the spring you can continue the facing and finishing work.
Roofing
The installation of the roof should be carried out in dry weather, and it can be done at any time of the year, even in the winter. The main requirement is the lack of long-term rainfall.
Finishing works
Like most works, it is better to carry out outdoor decoration in dry and windy weather in order to provide maximum protection of the building and improve sanitary and hygiene requirements. Also, in some finishing works it is necessary to take into account the level of humidity (plaster), especially in the winter.
So, keep in mind that well-thought out and timely construction will save you time and money. Do not hurry with the robots, when you are laying the foundation, laying walls and installing the roof. Once you have received a building permit - get started (but think carefully about all the steps, agree on the individual project plan, form a budget, choose the suppliers of materials).
