The ”Strasbourg” project is your unique story

06.11.2019 Project overview

When there is no unnecessary finances and creative ideas, choosing a finished house project is the best option. After analyzing the individual needs of the customer and his whole family, you can choose a home project that will become a cozy bungalow and strong fortress. In addition, choosing a ready-made option, the customer receives a clear, calculated plan: with a transparent budget that minimizes additional costs for individual planning and visual schemes and drawings, which avoids the construction of unnecessary premises or small rooms.

For an active family of 3-4 people, the project "Strasbourg" (a two-storied house with 2 terraces and a fireplace) will fit perfectly. Large, panoramic windows and two terraces minimize energy costs, as the natural light illuminates and warms the house well. And the environmental materials used in construction correspond to trendy trends in modern construction.

Planning. You can reach the house through a large terrace. On the first floor is a large studio, which combines the living room, kitchen and dining room. Due to the lack of additional partitions, the room seems light and spacious. There is also a bathroom on this floor. And the decoration of the first floor serves as a huge fireplace, which in winter will give the inhabitants of this house comfort, warmth and pleasant evenings in the family circle.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The first (bigger) bedroom is equipped with a cabinet and work space. From the second (smaller) bedroom there is an exit on another terrace, where in the morning you can take a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful view, and in the evening - collect the whole family, watching the sunset. In addition, a fireplace built out of the fireplace will further warm the wall in this bedroom, which will make the room even more comfortable. The second floor is also equipped with a bathroom for the sake of greater convenience.

The advantages of this project can be traced in the materials used for its construction:

  1. Rounded logs with a diameter of 200/220 mm.
  2. Rectangular (profiled) beam in diameter 180/200 mm.

Both options do not require additional finishing work, are environmentally friendly and safe. The first option is cheaper, since it requires less production costs for the timber itself. Such a bar does not require additional work when removing cracks and filling the gaps between bars. The second version is made on a special machine, which provides a flat inner and outer surface. Such material looks very modern and beautifully fit even in the city exterior.

Also, when designing the house, the unique feature of the fir (which makes timber for construction) is taken into account - it withstands significant temperature variations, does not freeze, and most importantly - does not release resin, which over time can become an unpleasant surprise on the walls of a building constructed of pine materials . In addition, the color of the fires is light, it does not dim with time, which gives the house a certain nobility and sophistication.

In order to provide heat resistance and good insulation, a natural heater - flax is used during construction. It is enclosed between beams, which, first, protects the tree from the negative effects of the environment, and secondly, provides an antiseptic effect and resistance to rodents. Also, a gasket of natural linen repels excessive moisture.

Consequently, the "Strasbourg" project is an opportunity to build its small France in Ukraine. Strasbourg is an active city, which in German translates as "a city at the crossroads of roads." The life in this building will be as active and vibrant, but at the same time cozy and comfortable. The completed project will greatly save you time and money, and the possibility of making adjustments to the planning will make your home unique.
